Civil Justice offers assistance to Maryland consumers with foreclosure, auto repossessions and landlord/tenant issues. We also provide assistance with other legal issues. Civil Justice is committed to meeting the legal needs of low and moderate income Marylanders through its network of approximately 100 attorneys. Network attorneys provide affordable, high quality services statewide and across numerous practice areas.

Program Description:
The Civil Justice Network Attorneys database allows you to search for legal representation by a specific problem/practice area, county, and the name of the Network attorney you are looking for. Matches individuals with attorneys willing to provide legal services at reasonable and sometimes reduced rates. Attorneys may require upfront fees or a retainer. Limited scope representation may be available for you to obtain the help of a lawyer without paying for the cost of full representation.

Office days/hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 10am-3pm
Condition of waiver: When contacting the Network attorneys to inquire about representation, please notify the attorney that you were referred through the Civil Justice website. Each attorney sets their own fees based on the type and complexity of the case and other factors.
Cost or fee (describe): Low cost. Network attorneys provide affordable services to low to moderate income Marylanders.
