Title
Project Adeline Housing Stability Clinic

The purpose of the Clinic is to provide comprehensive housing stabilization services to residents in the Robert Coleman community, and the coalition organizing the clinic is engaging in intensive community-based outreach to reach as many local homeowners as possible. Residents will be able to access both legal services and other complementary services during the clinic, such as assistance applying for property tax credits and accessing resources to help with home repairs.

MVLS volunteers will provide full representation estate planning and/or deed change services to residents during the Clinic. Volunteers can select which case types they are willing to handle during the clinic when they sign up. Volunteers will serve a maximum of two clients during the clinic.

This clinic is hosted in partnership with the Greater Mondawmin Coordinating Council, Councilman James Torrence, The SOS Fund, TouchPoint Baltimore, and is supported by additional community partners.

If you have questions, please contact Megan Good at [email protected] or 443-451-4069.

If you are interested in this project but cannot attend on July 19, please contact Megan, as there will likely be residents in the community who need to have their case placed outside of the July 19 clinic.
