May Estate Planning Clinic (Spanish-English Bilingual)

It will be at the Holy Family Catholic Church (2210 Callaway St, Hillcrest Heights, MD 20748) on May 20, 2025. Attorneys arrive at 3pm for an orientation and the clinic will be from 4-8 pm. We’ll draft and execute wills, powers of attorney, advance medical directives, and other estate planning documents. We hope to have each attorney get to help 2 clients in that time. Volunteers will be well supported with annotated templates, a recorded estate planning training and other written materials. There will also be MVLS staff attorneys available to answer any questions before and during the clinic. Feel free to reach out to Steven Kappen if you have any questions.
