Wicomico County Family Law Help Center

The Family Law Help Center is available to self-represented litigants Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., and with attorneys on site every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 a.m.-noon and Tuesday and Thursday from 1:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m (excluding court holidays). Those in need of assistance with Family Law matters (divorce, custody, visitation, child support, name change) will have the opportunity to meet with the Help Center assistant or an attorney. Family Law Center attorneys do not represent center users in court but can assist them in selecting appropriate forms, completing those forms, and referring individuals to additional agencies and services as appropriate. You may also chat with an attorney Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. here.
