Justice for our Neighbors
Justice For Our Neighbors (JFON) provides free or low cost immigration legal services, education, and advocates to low-income immigrants. DC-Maryland JFON is part of the larger Justice for Our Neighbors network, which has 16 locations throughout the United States, each of which holds a series of legal clinics at different locations throughout their regions.
At 19 sites across the nation, our expert attorneys offer full legal representation on a wide range of immigration cases. JFON legal teams meet with clients in our offices, in churches, in community centers, and in immigration detention facilities.
We also advocate for immigrant justice on the local, state, and national level, and offer education to communities of faith and to the public.
Common case types include:
- Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)
- Deportation Defense
- Family Petition
- Refugee Adjustment of Status
- Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJ)
- U Visa
