Charles County Family Law Self-Help Center

The Family Law Self-Help Center is available to assist self-represented litigants Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (excluding court holidays) Those in need of assistance with Family Law matters (divorce, custody, visitation, child support, guardianship, name change) will have the opportunity to meet with an attorney. The Family Law Self-Help Center attorney does not represent visitors of the Self-Help Center but we are available to give limited legal advice, understanding and assist in form completion, and referrals to agencies and services when appropriate.
