Howard County Family Law Assistance Program

The Family Law Assistance Program is located in the Circuit Court for Howard County.  When you arrive, please check in at the Law Library & Legal Resource Center, located on the first floor of the courthouse.  An attorney is available to provide free consultation on how to represent oneself and complete forms for family law matters, such as custody, divorce, modification of child support and other family law issues. Visitors must be self-represented and have low income to qualify for service. If you have any questions, please contact the Law Librarian at the Circuit Court at 410-313-2135.
